Alberto Fumagalli, CEO & Founder at Nameless Music Festival, started his career in event management when he was 15 years old. His passion for music and party helped him organizing his friends birthday parties, then working as art director for many clubs in Lombardia. Later thanks to travels and music festivals all around the world he understood what he had to do in his life: organizing music festivals in Italy focusing on brand identity more than on the line up. This is how Nameless Music Festival began. In his words: the secret for success is not (only) the artist you book, but the trust the public gives to the festival organization.
