She has been an active collaborator of Note Legali, Italy’s most important union and the most prolific institution for training and legal consultancy in the music field, founded in Bologna in 2006 to protect and improve the musical profession. In May 2017 she was named Secretary General of FeLSA CISL S&C – Entertainent and Communications, the union that has been protecting self-employed entertainment and communications workers since 1995. The Union provides people in this category with information, promoting initiatives and acts as spokesperson in political areas of interest to cultural operators. In September 2018 she was voted in as a member of the Assemblea dei Delegati e del Comitato Audio, one of the social authorities of NUOVOIMAIE. The Nuovo Istituto Mutualistico Artisti Interpreti o Esecutori (New Mutualistic Insitute of Performing Artists) is the body that manages the rights of performing artists, administering and distributing the so-called “fair pay” from public use of sound recordings and payment from private copies for personal use. She works tirelessly as a teacher of Music and Music Business Law in music academies and schools and as a speaker at conferences and public events about entertainment law.
