Omero Marongiu oversees all of the institute training courses in process management and diversity management at ECLEE. He has been developing his expertise in preventing discrimination & employability for more than 20 years. He continued honing these areas of expertise in 2011 by completing a process management certification (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt & Black Belt). He is currently teaching in Lean Six Sigma Yellow & Green at public and private universities.
